Journalism

Seeking out and staying on top of breaking news is hugely important in the realm of journalism. I ensure that my work is both quick to break and factually accurate.

Interviews

Nothing beats an opportunity to sit down and chat with a racer or a member of team personnel about their unique experiences in the field. I aim to seek out diversity in my interviews and profiles—discussing the nuance of returning to racing after transitioning in the case of Charlie Martin, what life was like for a timing and scoring maven in racing's golden age in the case of Judy Stropus, or how racing and domestic life play into one another in the case of Scott and Emma Dixon.

Blogging

When it comes to blogging, I'm adaptable and quick. I'm confident in my ability to learn what I need to know in order to adequately inform my audience—even about topics I'm previously unfamiliar with. My goal is to create an enjoyable experience for readers by utilizing my unique voice and sense of humor.

At the Track

If I'm not behind my laptop, chances are I'm at the track. I'm hugely passionate about motorsport and make it my goal to attend as many races as possible throughout the year—both as a fan and as a writer. I enjoy deep dives into racing culture by looking into the lives of people who have dedicated themselves to their passions.

I aim to make the seemingly exclusive experience of attending a race as accessible and user-friendly as possible by fleshing out the details of the experience with my Race Car Survival Guide.
